After our internet request we were contacted by Jordan G We recently purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS from Pat McGrath Chevyland for our Daughter. After our internet request we were contacted by Jordan Gaul and arrived at an agreed price with no drama at all. The paperwork process was painless and we arranged for the car to be shipped to NC. Upon arrival we found some significant body damage to the drivers door and I was very concerned that I would have a long road ahead of me to resolve the problem. To my complete surprise, Jordan immediately responded and after a few photo's and an estimate later they reimbursed me for the cost to repair the door! I can honestly say I am completely blown away by the service, response and honesty of Jordan and the entire team at Pat McGrath Chevyland. What an outstanding experience! I was very impressed with Rick Miller as he listened to what we wanted in a car and found cars that fit our needs and budget. We found a car that worked great for us and we were able to get it inside our budget. We also had a good experience with the finance department in getting all of our paperwork done in a timely fashion. Overall I would recommend Rick Miller and Pat McGrath to anyone. More

He listened to my concern and I could tell he was passionate about customer satisfaction and personally cared about my situation. This conversation as well as Gavin helping to resolve the issues with my vehicle have changed my views regarding this company. I appreciate being treated as a valued customer and am now comfortable doing business with them in the future and recommending them to others. Initial Review Purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu less than a year ago. Within a month car was in shop with a power steering issue. At that time I was told my vehicle had a 5 year warranty and so the repair was covered. Now, check engine light just came on with codes of ABS disabled and random cylinder misfire. Called service department and they say this will NOT be covered under 5 year warranty because there is a seperate 3 year warranty it would be under that I was never told about and has already expired. Looking online this issue is common with Chevy engines, so why hasn't Chevy done a recall? And why won't Pat McGrath Chevyland take care of me as a customer on a vehicle I have had for less than a year? I am actually in the market for another car but will not do business with Pat McGrath Chevyland if they won't stand behind the vehicles they sell and stand behind what they told me the warranty was to begin with. It's Christmas time and I don't have the money for car repairs, and I didn't expect to have to within a year of buying a 2010 Chevy. So now I have a useless chunk if metal sitting in my driveway and still have to make payments on it. From their website "Since opening our doors, Pat McGrath Chevyland has maintained our solid commitment to our customers". I highly disagree and am a very unsatisfied customer and will never do business with this company again. If they were really committed to their customers they would stand behind a vehicle they sold me less than a year ago. More
