I have purchased numerous vehicles during my lifetime and by far this was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had! Paul was able to get me out of a negative equity situation and allow me to purchase my FIRST brand new vehicle and for that I am very grateful! Although I did not get to look at the vehical I originaly went to Pat McGrath's for, I did find one that was in my price range, and to my choice of the type of SUV I wanted. The salesman, Sam Aossey was ve went to Pat McGrath's for, I did find one that was in my price range, and to my choice of the type of SUV I wanted. The salesman, Sam Aossey was very helpful at the time of the sale and has continued to be of great help to me, even after the sale had been completed. Even to go as far as ansewering a call on his personal phone on his day off, and assiting me with questions I had. I would not find this kind of customer service from a dealership in the small town I live in. But all the people at Pat McGrath's treated me as if I was someone special. And assited me in every step of the vehical purches. They still are makeing sure Iam happy with me vehical purchase. I would strongly recomend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehical.
