Perfect 1st Car I went to Patrick Hyundai looking at a small SUV Tucson. Clear, consise & consistent communication My sales person, Mirek, was very honest, direct and upfront in his presentation, but seemed to be overridden by a less-than-professional sales manager My sales person, Mirek, was very honest, direct and upfront in his presentation, but seemed to be overridden by a less-than-professional sales manager, Tony. The deal completely changed after it had been presented, we had looked at cars, communicated with our daughter out-of-town about color, interior, etc. Mirek was very discerning in his evaluation of my dissatisfaction at the changing numbers and went back to his sales manager, Tony, who came back with a new, acceptable arrangement and an apology. In the end, we were happy with the deal, certainly in comparison to offers at VW and Toyota. We will return to Patrick for numbers on our next automobile purchase or lease. More
