Mechanics are hacks. 6 weeks to replace a cracked head. after i got my car back it ran like crap and they wont stand behind their work. I found parts missing under the hood . xxx !! It appears that they sabototaged my car to make money after doing warranty work. I could have done a better job on my car than they did. I've re built an engine or two in my time. Now i'm stuck with a crappy barley running car. I tried taking it back several times they insisted it was running just fine. Randy in the service dept is a shady jerk. I could throw him farther than I could trust him. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Real far away for warranty work. I wouldnt trust them to fix a Matchbox Car. More

I was at dearlership for trade-in for self, and new car for my brother, salesman was good, however the Manager (white tall man) was rude from the beginning, during the bargaining on the price he shouted GE for my brother, salesman was good, however the Manager (white tall man) was rude from the beginning, during the bargaining on the price he shouted GET OUT to me and my family (we are Asian), being a customer I didn't like and then we exchanged few words in between, and then he pushed me with his chubby body, he had my car keys which he threw on the floor towards the door, screamed at me, and then I left that dearlership. Next day bought only 1 Hyundai Sonata instead of 2 from Elgin dealership (as we were serious buyers). More
