We went to the dealership to check out a certain car. They had the car ready shorly, gave us the keys, and we gave it a test drive. We got back, they gave us the car fax. We asked if we could take it to our mechanic, again, no problem. Called them on the way back and told Manny to start the paperwork, again no problem. The only issue was that we waited almost 2 hours to see the person who took care of the finances. For 2 hours we sat and waited. Manny was done with his part and we literally sat and did nothing for 2 hours. I paid cash. It seems that something could have been done to speed up the process. That is my only gripe with our experience, people were friendly and knowledgeable, there needed to be more than one person taking care of transactions. More

Sal...the employee I worked with, was very nice and helpful. HOWEVER, I don't understand why it is EVERY time I bring my car in for service ALWAYS making an appointment, things take as long as they do helpful.
