Dan Rose went out of his way to try to find the car that we had "built" on the Hyundai web site. Unfortunately, Hyundai's site is not up to date. We had selected a Metallic Sky Blue Elantra Ltd with Tech we had "built" on the Hyundai web site. Unfortunately, Hyundai's site is not up to date. We had selected a Metallic Sky Blue Elantra Ltd with Tech with a black interior. After Dan searched on our behalf, he found out that the factory was no longer accepting orders for a 2013 Sky Blue Elantra. Great service, great product lines, poor in quoting vehicles prices without initiating a credit check on the customer and providing a $545 per month lease payment which was highway robbery. After my credit check was completed, Derrick realized I had outstanding credit, the final monthly lease came down to $340 per month. My recommendation is unless you want customers and prospects to have heart attacks and die in your showroom, please do credit checks. Not all individuals have bad credit standings. Instead of setting up a Triage Center and Emergency Room in combination with your Showroom with Emergency Responders in and out all day long, please do credit checks and let the individuals with good credit live, multiply and purchase/lease vehicles from Patrick Hyundai! My experiences with your dealership and my salesman, Alex Baszaral were exceptional. I would like to "sing" my praises of Alex! Prior to visiting Patrick Hyundai, I had visited Ford, Chevy, and KIA dealershi Baszaral were exceptional. I would like to "sing" my praises of Alex! Prior to visiting Patrick Hyundai, I had visited Ford, Chevy, and KIA dealerships in Schaumburg. The cars were OK, but I as not impressed with the salesman who worked with me. On second thought, they didn't work with me; they tried to sell my a car, but were very cocky and unfriendly. Alex impressed me right away and I felt comfortable but his style; I guess that comes from his long-time car selling experience. Anyway, I did not choose my Hyundai that first day, but I left feeling I would be back. When I returned, Alex was once again very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I could say the car sold itself, but that wouldn't be true; I like my car very much, but Alex sold it! More
Came in for my Sonata's lst Service Call. Got to Dealership around 8:30 AM was promptly greated by Service Advisor, John Niemann, who wrote up work order and explained a few things to us. My husband and I thought the appointment would only take 1 hour but around 10:20 or so my husband had to go to desk to find out the status of our service appt. We were told the car was finished and then proceeded to the Cashier, who's name I believe was Trinity. She was very polite and told us where our car was parked. We finally left by 10:40 AM. The only complaint we have is that the appt. took longer than we thought, but overall the Dealership is great. Just wish it was closer to McHenry, IL. Also, would like to recommend that more information be available as to when the Palatine Dealership will be open and a flyer available as to it location. Hope this comment helps you out. More
