They also brought the car out warmed up so i didnt know it had a problem. they hid it from me/ i contacted them and they said bring it back to check it out. mechanic says its hard to start but its not the battery, starter or alternator. i take it back and it does the same thing except they say sorry we cant do nothing. i asked to speak to manager several times but got no call. horrible experience from deceitful dealership who took my money and ran.i thought they would offer some assistance to a disabled girl More

He is no pressure and listens to the customer to ensure he takes care of your needs and wants in a vehicle. Jason is the best. He takes the fright out of financing! He too has your best interest at heart. We were so happy to see both Russ and Jason again. This is the fourth car we have purchased through them. We love our Hyundai's! More
Patrick Hyundai dealership had a lot of selection on site with different packages and were willing to order or find the exact car and features. The sales person I had was manny and when we settled on a car h with different packages and were willing to order or find the exact car and features. The sales person I had was manny and when we settled on a car he gave us the no nonsense price with none of the famous let me talk to my manager back and forth. I had looked at several sites and the price was where the sites said it should be. It was a friendly place with helpful people. More

This place was unprofessional, not clean, the salesman had no idea where his inventory was. I knew exactly what car I wanted and he kept showing me other cars. We were comparing quotes and when asked what had no idea where his inventory was. I knew exactly what car I wanted and he kept showing me other cars. We were comparing quotes and when asked what the off the lot price would be he kept giving us the price of just he car. He would go off for a few minutes then come back and then leave and then come back... The last time he was gone for 10 minutes. When my dad asked to speak to a manager.. They called our sales person on the loud speaker and he still never came! I ended up getting a Hyundai from a different dealer but I wouldn't even take it for an oil change here. I would drive the extra 30 minutes to a different dealership. Horrible experience More
It was an OK experience buying from Patrick. I did leave with a better car than I intended and paid a little more than I wanted to spend but I am fine with that. The buying experience was just too long - ov with a better car than I intended and paid a little more than I wanted to spend but I am fine with that. The buying experience was just too long - over 4 hours - even though a decision was made to buy the vehicle after about 1.5 hours. My salesman was polite and knowledgable but he did not explain all basic features of the car. For example - the remote start. I never had this option before and just assumed I press the blue button on the device that controls entry to the car. Not true. Since this feature is normally not part of the standard GLS options, this topic was not covered in the owner's manual. This was a bit frustrating. However, when I brought the car in a couple of days later for the "Treatment" protection, Mark Anderson took the time to fill me on this simple detail. More

Dan Rose was extremely nice and very patient. No high pressure which was very appreciated. We came in initially to see about leasing and by the end of the night we purchased. This was very unusual for pressure which was very appreciated. We came in initially to see about leasing and by the end of the night we purchased. This was very unusual for me and my husband as we usually do a lot of researching on the internet and newspaper and also check with friends and neighbors and the like before making any major purchase. Dan had a lot to do with our decision, as did, of course, the Elantra itself. So, it was a very pleasant experience. EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. We were in your dealership in the early evening on Monday June 10. It must have been after 9:45 pm when we decided to buy and we post dated our check June 12 on our $4000.00 down payment. We said that we needed to post date the check because we had to do a bank transfer to make sure there were enough funds to cover the check. We were told this would be no problem. So off we go, me driving my new Elantra with my husband following in his vehicle. Much to our surprise when we checked our account on the internet in the afternoon on Tuesday June 11, we saw that the post dated check WAS CASHED!! Our account was overdrawn and the bank charged our credit card the amount we were short and we got charged a transfer fee. To say the least, we were surprised and, to be polite, very upset. My husband immediately called Dan to let him know of the screw up. At that moment Joe felt like he wanted to return the Elantra, get our 4000.00 back and just go to another dealer. Dan was extremely sorry this happened and apologized profusely. Within the next couple of days we straightened out our accounts at the bank and our tempers also cooled off. Our blood pressure is back to normal. On Sunday afternoon, my husband had to move my Elantra out of the garage to get to some things. So he parked the car on the street in the bright sunlight. As he was mowing the lawn, he stopped a few times just to admire my new Elantra. I think he is very happy with the purchase and he is extremely happy and glad that I have a new, beautiful, and most importantly, very safe care to drive. And, additionally, we will recommend Patrick to others. And just as importantly, we will mention Dan's name as the person to see. However, in any possible future event that you may sell a vehicle to someone we may have sent to Patrick, and if they need to post date a check, please don't cash the check too soon! thanks for listening, Sue Bajner PS- I won't let Joe borrow my new Elantra, cause I may not get it back. The initial visit was for a "Recall" notice for my 2010 Elantra. During my conversation with Gus I noted two other problems with my car. One was that the door lock feature would sometimes "SELF my 2010 Elantra. During my conversation with Gus I noted two other problems with my car. One was that the door lock feature would sometimes "SELF LOCK", and that I was experiencing some loss of power and vibration when the speedometer was between 35 and 38 MPH with the "Economy" light in the on position and the shift lever in the "Drive" position especially in with the Air conditioning on or on a slight road upgrade. A new lid switch pad was installed and this looks like it solved that problem. As for the loss of power and vibration Gus said to shut off the economy light and see if that would correct the problem. And it did! Thank you Gus! More
