Brought my 2020 xc90 in for break issue. Less than 16k miles and I needed new rotors! The service was fast but they never looked at the mileage. I was due for my oil change in less than 500 miles. Bring b miles and I needed new rotors! The service was fast but they never looked at the mileage. I was due for my oil change in less than 500 miles. Bring back my car in 500 Miles during COVID just doesn’t make sense. I had to go to the dealership, buy the filter and my husband changed the oil himself so I didn’t have to go back out a second time. Oh and there was trash and a used face mask in the back seat of the loaner. Clearly they weren’t disinfecting the cars which is just irresponsible for any business today. More
