I picked up my car from service and no one went over any of it with me. It stated I would get a complementary wash and vacuum and the wash was spotty and still dirty and vacuum was only on front driver and of it with me. It stated I would get a complementary wash and vacuum and the wash was spotty and still dirty and vacuum was only on front driver and passenger floor mats, the back was not touched. The rental car I used while my car was being worked on was also not that clean. Looked like my kids wiped it down, given Covid, you would think it would have been visibly clean. Very disappointing considering what I paid for my Volvo!! More
