Was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mazda features and variants, and he went above and beyond to accommodate some special circumstances regarding my purchase timeline. The reason I knocked a star off was the organization. First, through a communication error, they tried to lock me in with their loan company at 6% APR, instead of my bank loan for 3.8%. Chris Duggan, through some phone calls, was able to get them down to 2.9%, potentially saving the sale. Sales trick or legitimate miscommunication, you decide, but I am happy with the option we settled on. The last issue was dealing with the paperwork. We were unable to get the insurance forms back same day, so I had to make a separate trip to pick up the car, which was an inconvenience. Patrick motors blames the insurance company, the insurance company blames the dealer, but the bottom line is communication was not good. There were several other communication issues that left me less than thrilled, but Henry K. Did his best to make them right. So overall, the deal was great but the communication could have been better. More
