Horrible Customer Service I purchased a brand new Mazda here in early 2019. Had some recalls which was not the dealers fault, but ever since then they've been terrible to deal I purchased a brand new Mazda here in early 2019. Had some recalls which was not the dealers fault, but ever since then they've been terrible to deal with. Every time I called to talk with someone about my recall issues I got passed around from department to department with nobody wanting to "own" the problem. Most people were pretty rude about the situation so I ended up calling Mazda corporate to get an extended warranty. Things have been fine with the vehicle since, but I just went for my 4th oil change service (20k miles) and was told that my service was no longer free since I already "had 3 services performed" which is apparently all that's covered in the 2 year, 24k mile Patrick Mazda preferred plan. I have not had the car for 2 years nor 24k miles, but somehow that only covers 3 oil changes? Will not be returning to this dealership unless absolutely necessary for warranty reasons. More
