Pleasure To Work With, Will recommend To Everyone. I was shopping around for a new car, I had narrowed it down to a new Volvo. I pretty much knew exactly what I was looking for. I had visited a local dealer to my home but decided I would shop around more. I emailed a couple dealers, including Patrick Volvo whom I had heard good things from a customer of mine. They did not disappoint, I got a prompt response from Colleen who was more then willing to gather the information I requested. Once I had settled on the exact vehicle I wanted, she worked with Aaron to get me a very good price. While I live about an hour away, that evening she was able to take a deposit over the phone for my new Volvo. I filled out some paperwork and emailed it back so it would be ready the following day when I had made an appointment to come by and finish everything up. When I arrived in the morning most of the heavy paperwork was complete and we only had a few questions to answer. I met Lowell who was going to be working with me that day. He showed me the new car and I got to look it over. It took about 25 mins for Aaron to wrap up all my paperwork and we sat down in his office to sign off on everything, This was painless and I enjoyed talking with him. He was honest, direct and not pushy about additional add ons. Since they were going to deliver the car to me Lowell spent time going over all the fun features and how to set things up. He was very helpful and got me all situated with what my new car can do. Delivery went great, and Louis was very nice and offered to show or answer any questions I may of had. Just overall a very nice experience, buying a car isn't always the most fun thing in the world (and it should be, who doesn't like having a nice new vehicle!?) I never felt like I was being deceived, taken advantage of, or mislead. Truly everyone I worked with was awesome. I own a small business and understand how in this day and age customer service is really everything, and Patrick Volvo stood out. I will be recommending them to all my friends and customers who are looking to buy a new car. More

Henry K was so kind and knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured or rushed. He fielded numerous phone calls and emails over the next couple of days, and the purchase was a breeze. In the purchase of my gently used, 2017 Volvo XC60, they were the Patrick team I interfaced with & found the engagement truly satisfying. A quality dealership that should be on anyone's shortlist when looking at a Volvo or Mazda car purchase.
