Steve really listened to what was important to us and made excellent suggestions. He gave us thoughtful information during our test drive without pushing us. He truly wanted to be sure we chose the right vehicle. Aaron the sales manager was helpful also. There was no high pressure pushing or upsellling involved. After we decided on a car Chris Dugan walked us through our paperwork and answered all of my questions. I have to say that they handled everything and even got us a finance rate that was better than we were able to find. I highly recommend Patrick Mazda and will be using them again in the future. Fantastic Experience! I wasn't quite sure what I wanted for my new car, but I had some cars in mind to test drive and research. On my initial visit to Patrick Mazda, I test I wasn't quite sure what I wanted for my new car, but I had some cars in mind to test drive and research. On my initial visit to Patrick Mazda, I test drove a CX-5. This dealership told me there was no pressure to commit to them and to continue my research. After I finished my research, I determined I wanted a CX-5. I really wanted it in silver, but they didn't have one in the lot. Not to worry, though! Lowell and Aaron went above and beyond--they found one nearby and gave me an unbelievable deal! On top of that, I got a very fair price for my trade-in vehicle. Overall, this dealership is no pressure and is very much willing to work with you. Lowell, Aaron, and Chris are super friendly and knowledgeable. This is the 5th vehicle I've purchased in my lifetime, and this has been BY FAR the easiest transaction. Highly recommend these guys for your next vehicle! More
