Customer Service at Volvo of Worcester I was a loyal customer of Farrell Volvo (lastly Prime Motor Group) and had a 20+ year relationship with them. When I found out that they had closed I I was a loyal customer of Farrell Volvo (lastly Prime Motor Group) and had a 20+ year relationship with them. When I found out that they had closed I was apprehensive about finding a new Volvo service facility.; my apprehension diminished with the first phone call to Volvo of Worcester and evaporated completely when I dropped my S60 R-Design off for its first service at your facility. Greg Hall exceeded my expectations by a wide margin, perfect in every way! When Greg had his day off John filled in seamlessly; like the two were one person; excellent team work! Rachel took a few messages when Greg/John were with other customers and saw to it that my calls were returned; great team work. Now that I have such a cohesive team working to keep my Volvo in such a reliable state I have the bandwidth to worry about something else :-) More
