He made an appointment for me to return with my wife. He was waiting for us when we arrived. He went over the details of the car with her. Once we were informed of all the amenities he took us both for a test drive that included a trip on an interstate so that I could get a feel for the device that keeps the car a certain distance from the car ahead at highway speed. Tom went out of his way to help us, including coming to my house to set up the garage door opener that didn't work for me after he set it up at the dealership. It turned out I was not using it the way he told me. It was the best car purchase I have ever experienced. I hate buying cars but Frank made pleasurable. More

My father started purchasing Subarus with your dealership back in the early 1990s, and I began to follow suit about a year before you transplanted your operations to Shrewsbury in 2002. (My dad actually passed away on December 11 of that year, which I believe was the very same month when you first opened your doors on Route 9.) My wife Chris and I have been satisfied ever since with how we have been treated by your staff. Although you probably are already aware at how dedicated and knowledgeable John Watt is, I wanted to make sure that I brought this to your attention. And did I mention that it is a pleasure to conduct a business transaction with someone who in no way pressures you? That, also, is what John is all about.
