I was assisted right away and led to Sam, whom was very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable, but also very concise, honest/no pressure, and concerned with my time. She was able to answer any questions I had and also ones that I would not have thought of on my own. I would highly recommend this dealership (and Sam) when hunting for your next Subaru. (And to top off the positive experience, I love Subaru's philanthropy - since my purchase was during the holiday season, my purchase resulted in a donation to the Worcester Animal Rescue League!) Traffic was awful, but sales manager sent me to a salesman, Ash, great guy and a pleasure to work with. Sales manager joined us after a few minutes, we settled on a deal, they began getting the new car ready, I finished paperwork and went home to get original tires, I had put the snows on, returned in nutty traffic, they were nearly done with car, finally got it, Ash went over everything, I didn’t get it all but he said, “come in any time” and he meant it! Had the car 3-4 days got a call from Ash asking how the car and I were doing, asked if I wanted any help so I went in and he helped me get what I hadn’t!
