I recently traded my 2004 Volvo XC90 for a 2007 Volvo S80 at Patrick in Shrewsbury. While shopping for my next car I narrowed it down to 2 cars of the same models, at 2 different dealers. The other car I loo at Patrick in Shrewsbury. While shopping for my next car I narrowed it down to 2 cars of the same models, at 2 different dealers. The other car I looked at had more features for the same price, but I felt like the dealer was not being honest with me and trying to take advantage of me. I chose to purchase my S80 from Patrick because it seemed like they were more honest, friendly, open, and helpful than any of the other dealers I had met. John Watt made the process fast, simple, and easy for me to understand! In the end I think I got a great deal, and a great car!! I will definitely recommend Patrick Motors to others and look forward to doing business with them again in 2 years when it's time for my next car!! Thank you!! More

This is the second time that I have leased a new Forester from Patrick Motors, and the whole process couldn't be any easier. From the internet staff, to my sales rep. Jeff Calcagni, to General Manager Jason from Patrick Motors, and the whole process couldn't be any easier. From the internet staff, to my sales rep. Jeff Calcagni, to General Manager Jason Patrick, the communication process is made very easy. Patrick Motors likes to talk about being a "team". Well, they really "walk the walk", not just "talk the talk". There is a team attitude and effort in every part of my transaction. They don't seem to believe in high pressure techniques, which works great for me. It took me about 3 weeks to come to my "final answer" and they seemed very OK with that. Jeff is a laid back kind of guy. It feels more like you are test driving and discussing cars with a buddy, rather than someone who is trying to sell you something. It's a style that I appreciate very much!! I have in the past and will continue in the future to recommend Patrick Motors to anyone in the market for Subaru. More

I've bought 7 cars, and this was the best experience I've ever had! Tri Le came recommended to me by a couple of people who had dealt with him before. After doing extensive research and test driving a few di ever had! Tri Le came recommended to me by a couple of people who had dealt with him before. After doing extensive research and test driving a few different cars at other places, I decided to go to Patrick Subaru and work with Tri. I found that the attention Tri offered surpassed any I experienced at another dealer. He was willing to show me whatever I wanted to see, wasn't rushed or hurried, and actually has an engineering background that allowed him to "show and tell" the car as an engineer. I went from one local dealership who couldn't explain what made one of their models a "sport" model, to working with Tri who explained how the piston design in the engine allows for a lower center of gravity, and how the wishbone suspension system gives more space in the back. All in all, its reassuring to buy a car from someone who (from an engineering perspective) has a great admiration for the cars he sells, and isn't there just to push cars out the door and make a buck. Tri treated me like I was the only customer who mattered at the time. Patrick also gave me a fair amount for my trade in. While I could have made more on a private sale, having them take care of all paperwork, the title, the registration, etc. as well as their willingness to view the trade as a negotiating point made it more worthwhile to trade the car than sell it. Finally, working with Bob in Finance was great. He was very thorough, answered any questions I had, and was even willing to modify some of their warranty packages to better suit my needs. The dealer I had worked with before going to Patrick actually had the nerve to ask me how thankful I was to them for having such good prices. Bob was opposite: he was there to help me get the best deal on the car that I wanted, and made Patrick Subaru's customer-centric attitude apparent in every aspect of the financial negotiation. From the beginning, the vibe I got from Patrick was that they were pleased that I walked into their showroom and chose their dealership. The Subaru Forester I bought was far superior in every way to the other cars I test drove. The Forester offered the most rewarding driving experience, and felt to be the most well put together compared to the other very popular models of SUV I tested. While many dealerships get drunk off of their own kool-aid, Patrick Subaru knows they sell a great product, but they prove this by talking intelligently about their cars and not by giving you some emotional schpeel about the greatness of their brand. Tri at Patrick answered every question I had, really understood the car, and was there to make sure I drove away 100% happy. Patrick seems to be more interested in building lifelong customers than they are in making a quick sale. The loyalty from their customer base speaks for itself. I will definitely recommend others to Patrick because they value the customer over the sale, and I get the impression that this is the norm for them. More

Being from NJ I located a car that Patrick Subaru had in inventory via Cars.com and contacted them via e-mail. Response back was both prompt and courtious and confirmed the car was still in inventory. Sin inventory via Cars.com and contacted them via e-mail. Response back was both prompt and courtious and confirmed the car was still in inventory. Since I had a car to trade I was informed to get a quote from car trader.com and have it sent to the dealer. It was indicated to me that if the car was in the condition I descripted to car trader it was very likely Patrick Subaru would honor the price given. After some phone calls and e-mails a deal was struck and Mr. Le sent me a detailed e-mail outlining the necessary information I would need to purchase the car and register it in NJ. Upon arriving at the dealer I was met by Mr. Le as I entered the front door. My trade was evaluated and as discussed Patrick Subaru honored the car trader.com price. The rest of the sale was handled promptly and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half with the necessary documents to register the car in NJ. While completing my NJ registration there was a small problem with an additional piece of NJ documentation the dealer needed to fill out. I contacted Mr. Le and faxed him the form. Patrick Subaru continued their excellent sales support and the completed form was faxed back to the NJ DMV within 30 minutes. Since I had traveled quite a distance several days earlier to purchase the car, Patrick Subaru and Mr. Le agreed to meet me half way to deliver the car. This extra attention to my particular sale was greatly appreciated. I have purchased several cars over the years and had my share of problem dealers. However, Patrick Subaru has renewed my faith that there are actually good car dealers out there. Even with the complications of being an out of state buyer I can honestly say this purchase experince was pleasurable. In closing I would definately recommend Patrick Subaru to others interested in Subaru cars. More

Then dealing with Lisa via email to the details of the car, test drive and delivery date was exteremly easy. She dealt with my questions in a timely manner making sure I had complete answers. Then dealing with Frank when I had the time to actually complete the deal was great. The whole process took less than a week. Everyone was friendly and helpful. More
