Our new 2011 Legacy is the second Subaru we purchased, and third in our family, at Patrick Subaru. We were somewhat disappointed (hence the "4" rating for Customer Service) when a salesman did not come and third in our family, at Patrick Subaru. We were somewhat disappointed (hence the "4" rating for Customer Service) when a salesman did not come out to speak with us as we were looking at cars in the upper lot. We had to go into the showroom to have someone approach us after about 5 minutes to ask if we were being helped. However, once we met Tri and began working with him, our experience changed. He was personable, respectful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We have never worked with so nice a salesman. He was patient with us and gave us the information we needed to make this unplanned purchase. We did have a problem with the car shortly after leaving the lot, but he was available by phone as he said he would be and assisted greatly in having our car serviced the next day. Tri's customer services is truly a "5". Tri is simply a huge asset to your company. We love Subarus, as our history would tell you, but we would come back to Patrick's to have Tri be our saleman again. Marna and Bill Mucha More
Patrick Subaru made it extremely difficult for me when it came to the paper work process I believe because I did not finance through them. Nothing was explained to me and I felt like a fool when I asked many came to the paper work process I believe because I did not finance through them. Nothing was explained to me and I felt like a fool when I asked many questions on the issue. The finance guy was rude and did not seem to interested in what i was asking. After jumping around and calling my insurance company and bank multiple times for information The dealership could have done for me, After all I did pay them $300 for what they call Doc. fee's . I picked up the car in a hurried manner brought on by Patrick Subaru saying that I need to do it before 5pm or I couldn't take till the next day ! I mean come on really I have a job and school i have to attend . With that being said it was dark when I received the car in the morning when i could see I did a thorough inspection on the car outside looked great the inside however was filthy. I found coffee in the gearshift after you took it out of park the steering wheel had some disgusting stuff all over it and the user panel also had crud on it . I'm not impressed by Patrick Subaru's lack of customer service. I will not be shopping with them again. More

Great Car buying experience. This is my first Subaru and so far Im loving it. Phill, the salesman was very nice and up front about everything. They didnt have the Vehicle with preferred color and limited pa so far Im loving it. Phill, the salesman was very nice and up front about everything. They didnt have the Vehicle with preferred color and limited package that I was looking for and I couldnt find one anywere else. With no more coming from Japan I was having to come to terms with settling on another color and or no limited package. So I told Phill, "You find me a 2011 Pasma Blue Pearl STI Limited and we can make a deal". With in 10 mins of leaving the dealership I got a call from Phill and he had found one for me in another state. They obtained the vehicle and with in 1 week of my initial visit I was driving away from Patrick the proud new owner of a 2011 Plasma Blue Pearl STI Limited. I didnt even need to haggle price. They shaved a good chunk off the sticker without me even asking and the end sale price turned out to be slightly less (approx $500) than what another Subaru dealer was asking for a used 2011 STI Limited (Dark Gray) with 1800 miles on it. In addition the finance rates through Subaru were on par with my Credit Union. With that said I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Patrick Subaru and Phill Sheridan to anyone I know. In addition I will be returning to Patrick for ALL service to the vehicle, The service area is well equipped, clean and modern, the employees are knowledgeable and the parts manager is reasonable with the prices. I look forward to my first service. More
As with every dealership, you must wait for a test drive, wait for an offer or counteroffer, wait for the finance guy, wait for (suffer through) the sales pitch to sell you an extra warranty, and finally wai wait for an offer or counteroffer, wait for the finance guy, wait for (suffer through) the sales pitch to sell you an extra warranty, and finally wait for the salesperson to read the owners manual to you. All of this is expected. It is what all dealerships do. However, the process just seemed particularly lengthy here. Otherwise, this is a fine dealership willing to give you top dollar for your trade-in and a very fair price on your new vehicle. And at the end, that's all that matters. More
I'd like to extend an enthusiastic thumbs-up for the team at Patrick Subaru. Definitely my best car buying experience so far. I have to say that getting an initial quote needed some work (I started online), but once I had Lisa on the phone, it was easy as peach. She understood what I needed, and got back to me with a good price. But once I was at the dealership, it was Tri who really took care of what needed to happen. He paid plenty of attention to detail, answered all my questions, and didn't for a moment rush me into anything. It was like talking to a new friend, not a salesperson. I now understand why he gave up a potentially lucrative career in Electrical Engineering because he loves his job so much. If so, more power to Tri! I consider myself quite a nitpicker when it comes to dealing with car dealerships and I can say wholeheartedly that I quite enjoyed my experience at Patrick Subaru. More
From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed with the service and attention I received from Luke Latham. I had never considered a Subaru before and decided to give the Outback a look. Being 6'5" tall the service and attention I received from Luke Latham. I had never considered a Subaru before and decided to give the Outback a look. Being 6'5" tall, I was concerned about driving comfort and headroom. I returned 2 days later to take a test drive with my wife. After the test drive we found an Outback in stock that had all of the options we were looking for. With no pressure applied we were offered a great price and trade in. We signed the deal and had a new Outback 2 hours later. I have driven 600 miles the first week and find the car fun to drive and the 28.8 miles per gallon puts a smile on my face at the gas pump. More

This is my 3rd Forester from Patrick Subaru. I have had 4 Subarus in all. I would never dream of buying any other car and customer service here is the BEST from sales to service! Everyone who works there has been very accommodating especially Tri Le who I worked with on my recent purchase of my 2011 Forester......as well as Luke who offered to help me when I showed up on a day that Tri was on the road. Luke was very personable and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. I gifted my 2004 Forester to my daughter who recently moved home so we now have 2 Foresters in the family. :-) Also, a BIG thank you to Elvis, Brenda and Melissa in the service department who are always very friendly, and accommodating. I have had all my services performed by their service department...I might be paying a bit more than if I bring my car to a regular garage, but I know that the quality of work I get there is exceptional! Thank you Patrick Subaru for a great overall experience with buying a new car!!!!!! More
