This response seems very 'cut and paste' and has no value for making me, the customer, feel any more comfortable trusting Patrick Subaru Service again. I feel from your response that you have not fully embraced the contents of the review. The very reality of there being repetitive issues that have not only been observed and experienced by myself on different visits over time, but also acknowledged by your very own staff. Your reply above has the essence of being either 'cut and paste'; or if not 'cut and paste', of being in denial of any issue being in existence. But then, perhaps this type of behavior and level of customer relations is the level that is acceptable at Patrick Subaru? In which case, nothing more can be said! I have been using Patrick Subaru for years!! And I have always had issues with the result of the service. It has got to the point where the very thought of having to bring my car in to Patrick Subaru for something, gives me feelings of anxiety! The questions ring through my mind - 'What will I be faced with when I pick up my car?' and 'How many trips back will it be this time before I get whatever needs doing done properly?'. I even had a terrible experience buying my first used car from Patrick Subaru, because the Service department failed to check the car as they are meant to, prior to my pick up! This resulted in me having to drive a loaner for over a month! Then when I finally picked up my 'fixed' car, it broke down on the way home. Subaru had to come out and get it and give me another loaner!!! What a waste of my time!! Then when I finally picked up my replacement car, having been 'properly checked' by the Service department, I didn't even have a back windscreen wiper!!!!! The amount of time over the last couple years that I have lost in hours at my work, trying to swing and roundabout with drop off and pick up and then drop off again for redo, etc etc . Don't get me started!! I could go on and on. Come on! Get it together Patrick Subaru!!! Take a reality check. Look at the Yelp ratings - 3 stars. Not great!! Will be making an account with them and adding my 2 cents!
