Their staff was very friendly and approachable; the environment was much lower pressure compared to the other VW dealership I had visited the previous week. When it came time to purchase the GTI, the Internet sales department was very up-front with me, and managed to beat the price quotes from 5 other area dealerships. I ended up landing a great car for about $6600 under MSRP- and no surprises or hidden fees when I finalized the paperwork at the dealership. I took delivery of the car on a Sunday, and the salesperson took more than 30 minutes of his time to demonstrate the features and technology of the car before I drove it off the lot... much appreciated! More
