Start strong but finish poorly Did a good job initially with getting the car purchased but the day I went to pick it up, everything fell apart. The salesperson lost our registration Did a good job initially with getting the car purchased but the day I went to pick it up, everything fell apart. The salesperson lost our registration and did not tell me I would not be leaving with a registered or inspected car. They still tried to charge me for it until I asked that it be taken out because I would not drive an hour back to get it inspected. XM was not installed, one floor mat was missing, car was not ready on time and to top it off, I emailed two different management people and did not get an adequate resolution or acknowledgement for how terribly a newer salesman dealt with the follow through after taking my deposit. More
