I needed a car THAT DAY because mine had died, but unfortunately the tiguan I wanted was a new trade in and due to technicalities it wouldn’t be ready to leave for a few more days. Nick offered me a complimentary vehicle to use in the meantime, which I thought was going above and beyond to make sure I left happy.
