I would like to start out by saying that I can't rate Allen Starks because I have no clue who he is.Now on to my salesman Jose Conchas. Jose worked hard for me but was not forthcoming. He is misleading w Allen Starks because I have no clue who he is.Now on to my salesman Jose Conchas. Jose worked hard for me but was not forthcoming. He is misleading with his choice of words. As far as my trade I got lowballed big time, I called Jose out on the trade price and was told take it or leave it basically. We talked through everything I needed including the oil change,recall information and warranty work. Then we agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. That was a Friday. I had to call the following Tue change,recall information and warranty work. Then we agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. That was a Friday. I had to call the following Tuesday to find out what was going on since they never called me. They tried to charge me for what was warranty when I went to pick up. We initially agreed on $22.95 just for them to try and bill me almost $570. They also altered the document I signed that had my price after I signed it. I ended up paying over $80 when it was said and done after I argued. We do not recommend them. More
