I started using app cargurus and selected the Ram 2500 not realizing it was in Tulsa at Patriot auto. Early the next day received a phone call from Aaron and he proceeded to explain details about the veh not realizing it was in Tulsa at Patriot auto. Early the next day received a phone call from Aaron and he proceeded to explain details about the vehicle. Not realizing the vehicle was in Tulsa Aaron helped me with multiple vehicle choices. Aaron communicated with me through out day making sure my needs were met. Aaron made the out of state process extremely easy. I personally consider him a friend now. I wish more dealerships employed salesmen of his caliber. More
Dropped truck off on Thur evening for an 0800 Fri appointment. Called service department on following Monday afternoon was transferred to the service department and no one picked up. Went to dealer appointment. Called service department on following Monday afternoon was transferred to the service department and no one picked up. Went to dealership on Monday afternoon met with service manager, not to complain, but he was the only person available. The Truck had not been touched. Called on Wednesday was transferred to service department and was told Daniel would call me back. He never called. Went to the dealership service department on Wednesday afternoon and met with service manager as Daniel was not available. Service manager returned and said the truck had not been worked but if I had time, he would have someone look at it now. It turns out that all my truck needed was a battery. When I picked up my truck I asked the service manager if the recalls had been completed and was told "that's a good question he would check and call me for scheduling regarding the recalls." At this point I don't know if the recalls have been done or not. The service manager was very polite however, after going up there to check on my vehicle in person two times and having to talk to the service manager 2 times, I'm not sure how my truck fell through the cracks. More

Friendly people, drove off in rain storm later seeing that tire was showing mesh, could have been bad. Tag holder was broke with improper fasteners. I would recommend shopping here, just inspect the cars very well, because it seems they don’t fix anything they don’t have to. More
Extremely pleasant place. relaxing. The female clerk was wonderful! Attentive, cheerful,courtious and very knowledgable. I am not computer savvy. I had a coupon to download. T relaxing. But They helped me. Pressed for time as vehicles started to lineup. They went beyond making me comfortable physically. My mind as well. Excellent service when you feel at home. I will continue to be a return customer. And as always, a clean waiting room, nice atmosphere with snacks ...a very nice touch. My 7yr old grandaughter made a little friend. Thank you. Salesman was nice and efficient but finance department sucked!!!!! We had to sign paperwork 3 different times with 3 different terms over 5 different days. 8+ hours onsite to buy a car. Sept 3 9:40a met with Daniel regarding issue with my Jeep 4:00p Daniel called with proposed repair. Before he could give me the cost, I was Interrupted by an urgen Jeep 4:00p Daniel called with proposed repair. Before he could give me the cost, I was Interrupted by an urgent call. I told Daniel I would call him right back. I tried Several times to to call him back leaving v/m messages which HE did return. Sept 4 9:00a Called and left several messages for Daniel. I even asked service secretary to hand Deliver messages to him. Also, was transferred to Teresa and she, kindly, hand Delivered a message to him. I continually tried to reach Daniel until 11:30a. I Ended up borrowing a car and driving to Patriot. Daniel was at lunch. Teresa Was very kind and understanding and tried to assist. Chris stepped in and inter- Vened. He gave me the info I needed and the cost. I gave my authorization to Perform the work. Sept 5 1:15p. Daniel FINALLY returned my numerous calls - nearly 48 hour later! He gave me The info Chris had already given me and Chris had already ordered the part! Sept 9 4:15p. Chris called to say my car was ready. The shuttle was not available so I picked It up on Sept 10. Someone needs to give Daniel customer service lessons. The frustration and inconvenience he caused me are inexcusable. I will continue to service my Jeep at Patriot but ONLY if I can deal with Chris.and/or Teresa. More
