Lee did a great job, but they seem to be short handed. I called multiple times and would be transferred but nobody would answer the phone. The truck was done but Lee was out so nobody called me so I could I called multiple times and would be transferred but nobody would answer the phone. Daniel tried to get my truck in quicker than the initial estimated time of 2-1/2 hours. After 1 hour he let me know that my truck was done and I took his word. I was in a Hurry so I left. later on in the e estimated time of 2-1/2 hours. After 1 hour he let me know that my truck was done and I took his word. The experience was exclusively transactional. I bought a truck and they wouldn’t detail it (it was dirty when I bought it). Best my sales guy offered was a basic wash.
