I went in for an oil changed but needed up doing some extra work done , which was suggest that it was needed, and after all that was done I asked the Rep. if things were good with my car and he said all extra work done , which was suggest that it was needed, and after all that was done I asked the Rep. if things were good with my car and he said all good you don’t need anything done , I was not even given the inspection diagram like I use to , and after Couple days I get a letter in my mail that I needs to get 3 to 4 more things that’s needs to be looked at like why this was not communicated to me before when I was at the location?. I applied and was told I could get into a car. That is why you got 1 star. That part was true. Ryan to me from Jose. Never met Jose. Anyway, I asked what car he sent me the pic with info. Price was stated at 9600 cash or finance. I got there going on over 24 hours no sleep and I told him that. He kept me till closing and I made the mistake of signing before I was coherent. He ended up charging me 3000 more than the price before financing. That was just the surprise new price then he loaned me a car that someone else had already bought. (It even says it in the keys he handed me) 2 and 1/2 weeks and 3 trips (4hours per trip). I can finally come test drive the car. I do not trust this salesman and do not want to do business with him. He is not a trustworthy person. I do not know how the rest of your salesmen operate but if they are like this one I dealt with then you should be ashamed. More
