Poor communication. I purchased a car and had it shipped to me and it had issues that were not brought to my attention. I didn't find out until I received the car. Then when I asked about the issues and how they were going to make it right one issue they told me to bring it to the chevy dealer and it should be covered under warranty and I never heard back from them about the other issues. These issues with the car should have been brought to my attention or repaired before it was shipped. More

I sent my vehicle to the service due to it not starting. It took them 2 months to switch out a relay fuse. And 1 day for it not to start again once I got home.
