Appointment was easy to make. Teresa was patient, kind and welcoming. My courtesy drive was great (can't remember his name). When I didn't hear back and called again, they had a hard time finding the record. Said the phone number wasn't correct but I had given it several times, recieved texts that morning and it was correct on the paperwork when i picked up. I also wasnt told the courtesy van stopped at 4 and since I work until 6,I was stranded for an extra 30 minutes until I could find a ride. Not the end of the world but if I had been called, I would have taken a break at work, asked for a ride and picked it up earlier. Cashier and crew that evening were great, I apologize but I don't know their names. More

Scheduled pick up of a cash purchase. Arrived at scheduled time/date and car had not been delivered to dealership. Week later, no word from dealership. They offered to deliver vehicle. Agreed if they would send someone to go over vehicle features and operation of options. Vehicle was delivered unscheduled. Neither persons that delivered knew anything about the vehicle. Headliner above driver seat and above driver side rear was filthy w oily dirt. Looks like a mechanic's oily hand prints. Scrape on driver side down to the primer. Numerous emails from various dealership persons during this ordeal. All about appointments missed that I never scheduled after the first on site appointment to pick up vehicle that was not there. Best price in area is only positive. More

I actually had a couple concerns. My car only takes 7 quarts of oil but I was charged for 10 quarts. Also there was oil spilled all over my engine, ingnition coils, fuel injecors and My car only takes 7 quarts of oil but I was charged for 10 quarts.
