Daniel did a great job taking care of me. I have been very impressed with the service department at Patriot. Originally, I was interested in getting a new truck but had some problems with the I have been very impressed with the service department at Patriot. Originally, I was interested in getting a new truck but had some problems with the sales staff. I asked them to help me get my oil changed and I would talk to them about it. Long story short, the sales person was not honest with me about the hours and they weren't open when I drove over there. I felt he just wanted me to come to the dealership to pressure me instead of build a relationship. Daniel made things right and scheduled me in the next business day when I'm sure they were already full on appointments. I realize sales and service are separate businesses at dealerships and their service is great! I'm happy to do business with their service departments and feel like I can build a relationship with them. My wife has a brand new Jeep she bought 2 months ago and I have Ram Rebel that I intend to bring to Patriot for any maintenance needs. Thank you! More
