Toyota had a smashed up roof they wouldn't discount, so they offered me a Chrysler instead, supposedl equal to Toyota. Chrysler has a hole in leather seat and hole in windshield. Wasn't noticed unitl deal was done. Also this vehicle only gets 20 mpg not the 80 mpg like advertised. Now Im stuck and praying they'll repair all the problems with this van...Ps .I tried returning it 18 hours later, but was told I couldn't. I have been yelled at, bullied, blocked and hung up on! Not professional at all!!! More

However, the reality turned out to be far from what I had hoped for. Tragically, I was involved in a collision due to the car's inability to stop properly. It became evident that the promised repairs were not carried out, making it impossible for me to trust the dealership's claims of providing a safe vehicle. Regrettably, my attempts to address these issues with the dealership have only led to further disappointment. Every time I have reached out to them, seeking assistance or clarification, I have been met with outright rudeness and disrespect. They have repeatedly hung up on me, demonstrating a complete lack of concern for the consequences of their negligence. It is alarming to think that a dealership, which should be held to the highest standards of customer service and vehicle safety, could so callously disregard state laws governing the sale of cars with fully functional brakes. If they fail to meet such basic requirements, it raises serious questions about their competence and integrity. The consequences of their negligence could have been catastrophic. Had my family been in the car, particularly my 85-year-old grandmother whom I care for full-time, the outcome could have been catastrophic. The potential for a stroke or other serious health complications due to a preventable accident is something no one should have to bear. I implore anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think twice and carefully evaluate their options. The safety of you and your loved ones should always be paramount, and it is clear that this dealership does not prioritize customer well-being. In my opinion, given their blatant disregard for state laws and the safety of their customers, it would be appropriate for authorities to investigate and potentially shut down this dealership. Their actions are a disservice to the community and show a complete lack of responsibility and accountability. Let my experience serve as a warning to others: conduct thorough research, ask for essential documentation, and ensure that promises made by the dealership are fulfilled before finalizing any vehicle purchase. This dealership is absolute garbage. After my experience, they must payout for the ratings they have. I helped my friend search for weeks to find the perfect vehicle and finally found it After my experience, they must payout for the ratings they have. I helped my friend search for weeks to find the perfect vehicle and finally found it at Patriot. Called, spoke with Trey, and confirmed it was in fact on the lot. My friend then personally applied for financing, they ran a credit check, and confirmed yet again with Trey the vehicle was available. Not only that, Trey sent him pictures of it on the lot ready for him to pick up! My friend let him know that he would be making a 7 hour drive to Tulsa the next morning to pick up the brand new 2023 Jeep Compass from Austin, TX. 4 1/2 hours into the drive Trey calls to inform that the vehicle sold the night before when all of this was negotiated and confirmed beforehand. What extreme unprofessionalism, lack of respect, and poor management on behalf of Patriot. You would think in the year of 2023 situations like this wouldn’t happen with sleazy car salesmen and dealerships — but here we are. Take your time and money elsewhere, because Patriot CDJR of Tulsa.. is the last place you want to deal with. More

I have purchased many vehicles, and typically dread it. So many are high pressure during the sale, and financing portion it is just miserable. This was not my experience at Patriot Tulsa. Logan was easy So many are high pressure during the sale, and financing portion it is just miserable. This was not my experience at Patriot Tulsa. Logan was easy to work with during the sale, and Austin in finance was the best to work with. Zero pressure for the upsales they always tried to push you into, just the information, and my decision to accept or decline. I highly recommend them! Kevin More

I bought a new Ram July 2022. Didn't get a anti-theft tool to remove the anti-theft lug. Had a tire go flat, and didn't have the anti-theft tool to change the flat. I went into the Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa dealership and the staff was rude and refused to remedy the issue. I'm no longer a customer. This staff is not honorable, and I recommend others not to do business with them. More
