Took my truck in for some recalls, mainly the cp4 pump, and they left some small parts off but one biggie. They didn't put the dip stick back in, it was simply laying in the engine bay and I didn't catch u and they left some small parts off but one biggie. To their credit they took responsibility for it, order missing and damaged parts, and they have arrived but there my next issue. They haven't called to set up an appointment to install them and degrease the engine bay. I've called and left a couple messages, no response. More
