They lied about doing a service on my Durango. Then sent me a recommendation to have all the stuff fixed that should have been done when I purchased the car. Bought a new car two years ago, my windshield was damaged during my first regular oil change. They offered to replace it but it has yet to actually happen. Outside of that, they have been great.
