Bought a new car two years ago, my windshield was damaged during my first regular oil change. They offered to replace it but it has yet to actually happen. Outside of that, they have been great. I have my vehicle 7 months it was a used Ford Explorer that road good the first almost 3 months then it wobble really bad shake and scrubbing noise. The red flags was there I'm the beginning because they expected me to pay for a cracked windshield that I wasn't responsible for when the manager was driving the Ford Explorer around. They only gave me free oil changes. My 24, 000 miles warranty or 6 months which ever came first wasn't up but they still wouldn't fix the vehicle not only that something was going on with the transmission. First it was the alignment, I paid for that, Still didn't work, then they said I need new shocks,I paid for that. Far by the worst place ever that I have delt with. My workers warned me about this place. If you are going to get a used vehicle really do your homework. I am in need of an attorney to file a lawsuit against this place. I paid $2000 down payment $671 per month, tag was $1,400, new windshield that I didn't break, tint on window, alignment cost, shock cost and oh let's not forget the brake and fluid flush and the many times in less than 7 months of driving the vehicle to them from Stillwater so they can see what is going on with the vehicle but never could fix the problems.
