I took my 2015 Yukon in for service for the rear fold down seat I had purchased a warranty program through Patriot They told me that I would have to call the warranty department to see if the part was ev down seat I had purchased a warranty program through Patriot They told me that I would have to call the warranty department to see if the part was even covered and did not complete any of the services that my vehicle was in there for The vehicle was there for over 8 hours I had also requested a front end alignment that I had prescheduled for The seat never got inspected because they were afraid that the insurance company would not pay for the repairs and they did not do the front end alignment They said it would be $300 to take apart this seat which took me about 10 minutes Ever since the service manager Tommy has left my services have went downhill Tremendously I am currently looking for another Dodge dealership to cover my service needs More

Unprofessional, unfriendly Charges 600 5 for labor I wouldn't recommend them. My Jeep was kept 4 weeks and was not fixed. Don't know what they were doing for 4 weeks.
