I’m a disabled combat veteran, and my recent experience with Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chandler, Oklahoma has been nothing short of frustrating, unsafe, and deeply disappointing. I bought a used truck from them on August 10, 2024, under the assumption that it had undergone a “121-point inspection” and was safe for the road. Unfortunately, that could not be further from the truth. First, I didn’t receive the necessary paperwork to title and register the vehicle for **over a month**, which caused significant inconvenience. But the real issue came when I brought the truck in for a mandatory safety inspection in Missouri, and it **failed due to critical safety issues with the ball joints**—a defect that could have led to a serious accident or even death had I continued driving it. When I contacted the dealership about the failed inspection, I was initially offered **only half** of the repair costs. Given the severity of the defect, this felt like a dismissive response. After pushing for them to take full responsibility for selling me a truck that wasn’t safe, they refused to cover any of the costs and **hung up on me**. This is not the level of customer service, accountability, or integrity you would expect from any dealership, let alone one that claims to inspect its vehicles thoroughly before sale. I trusted this dealership to provide me with a safe, reliable vehicle, but that trust has been completely shattered. To anyone considering buying from Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I would strongly advise **proceeding with extreme caution**. My experience has been traumatic and costly, and their refusal to stand behind their product has only made things worse. More

This dealership is the worst dealership ever! When they sent my information over to some leanders they lied about the amount of mileage that was on my car so that the bank would approve the loan, When they sent my information over to some leanders they lied about the amount of mileage that was on my car so that the bank would approve the loan, they said it was only for the bank but turns out the lied about the mileage on ALL of the paperwork which in turn screwed my 2year or 24k warranty and made it expire in less then 5 months saying I drove over 24k in four miles which I didn’t. I only had my oil changed 3 times in the 6 months I had my car and was always on time with it you get your oil changed ever 3000 miles which means I only drove 9000 miles which is seems very reasonable in the 6 months I’ve had my car. Now I’m having issues with my car but the warranty company won’t help at all because of this lie! The service department said they can definitely can see where I’m coming from with the frustration because they have been the one to change my oil and said that I’m right the math isn’t mathing and they don’t see how I could have drove over 24k miles in less then 5 months considering how they have done all my oil changes but they’re hands are tied and they can’t help it’s bull crap I paid $3000 for a warranty I never got to use More
