Not trustworthy Contacted the dealer by phone and agreed to the price that was on the website for a used vehicle. When going over the paperwork, we asked questions about why the price wasn’t what was advertised. The sales representative assured us that if we call and cancel the warranty and gap and put $1,000 down, that the payoff price would go back down to right around the advertised price. Give or take a couple hundred. When we called to pay off the car, it’s now $2,000 more than what we agreed on and neither the bank nor Patriot auto group would even consider taking a further look into things. Would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Tale of two days Called ahead and went to look at a Tahoe wanting to possibly finance and do a trade in. We were giving a lower number than expected and the financing Called ahead and went to look at a Tahoe wanting to possibly finance and do a trade in. We were giving a lower number than expected and the financing took forever just to hear it couldn't be done. Came back on a Saturday with money to purchase. My original dealer wasn't in yet so we talked to someone else. He helped out alot and answered our questions, we had quite a few. After debating the trade in value they gave us andiffrent price than was quoted to us. I showed them proof of it and they realized their mistake and changed it. We got the car and it was detailed and filled up on gas for us. Ask for Josh if you go he's a nice young man who helped us on the first day. Can't remember the other guy's name on the second day. Overall not a bad experience but not a super great one either. More

Great Service I had an issue with my steering column which was covered under 100000 miles but unfortunately I had just passed that. The service department sent a re I had an issue with my steering column which was covered under 100000 miles but unfortunately I had just passed that. The service department sent a request to Hyundai to cover the repair and they agreed to it much to my surprise. I bought my car at Malone before Patriot took over. Thank you to the great customer service and going to bat for me and getting it done. It drives like a new car now no clunking steering wheel :) More
