When my husband and I arrived unexpectedly at the dealership , Paul stepped right in and handled our search with top notch knowledge and professionalism. The business manager, Kyra, was the best. She helped us find the financing option that was the best fit for our family’s budget. The only disappointment was the finish of the car. They could have done a better job in their presentation of the car to me. There were still elements of a poor job in cleaning the vehicle to my liking. The interior has an odd, but, not unlivable smell. I will get the car professionally cleaned but I shouldn’t have to. Would I do business with Patty Peck again, absolutely. Don’t go anywhere else! Kristie and Patty Peck Honda were great! I wanted a Honda Fit with all the bells and whistles for a fair price. I went to my local dealer three times Kristie and Patty Peck Honda were great! I wanted a Honda Fit with all the bells and whistles for a fair price. I went to my local dealer three times to get my Fit before giving up and hitting the Internet and I’m so glad I did! I found the car I wanted at a price that was more than fair and when I told them I might have to fly in to pick it up, they offered to pick me up at the airport. They told me about their extended warranty which sealed the deal. We were able to do all the paperwork before I got to the dealership. When I arrived, all I had to do was sign. When I got there, I changed my mind on the color and they went searching for the color I wanted and found me a car with even more amenities. Since the car wasn’t at their dealership, they offered to buy us dinner and help out in a hotel room so we could get the car the next day. I needed to be back home, so we decided against that and went home. Two days later, they were at my house with the car. A total of 17 hours on the road to get my car to me and get back to Mississippi. Now that’s what I call customer service! You can buy a Honda anywhere, but you only get customer service like this from Patty Peck Honda and Kristie Weaver. More
