As a service manager over the last several years “ what a wonderful improvement “. My 2010 Honda Element is in excellent condition because he has been there to make sure that my vehicle gets the best service!!! The previous service manager did not seem to be interested when I called in regarding my Honda Element. He was less than interested! Customer “SERVICE “ is highly important and Chris Hawkins is excellent at giving Patty Peck customers the RELIABILITY and accurate Vehicle care they deserve ! Chris Bryan (service advisor) is one of the most helpful, professional, and frankly cool individuals I've ever dealt with in the automobile industry and in customer service/care period, I'd recommend him to professional, and frankly cool individuals I've ever dealt with in the automobile industry and in customer service/care period, I'd recommend him to everyone! RIP off… II took my 2017 crv with all lights in dash on, was told car just needed to be updated $600 later my car did not make it15 miles and all lights back on . My crv is still under warranty and patty peck who sold me the vehicle refuses to fix the issues. All four wheels are peeling and the radio keeps messing up.
