A skeptic's delight! I don't have enough good things to say about the good gentlemen at the Paul Masse dealership in Wakefield. As a rule, I had avoided dealerships. Years of friends' and family horror stories at various other establishments had effictively inoculated me against pushy salesmen, tricky financing, and slippery warrantees. Nothing, however, could have prepared me for how well my family and I were treated by Jordan, Cameron, and Derek. They each endeavored to be informative and up front about the vehicles I looked at--without even the slightest hint of pushyness--and ensured that I was completely comfortable with the pricing, warranty, and the 2017 Equinox I settled on. They went above and beyond to give me a great deal with excellent service from the moment I walked in to the day Jordan personally delivered the car to my residence, all ready to rock and roll. Consider me a happily converted skeptic. More

Over the years, we have had wonderful experiences at this dealership. We have always felt that the service department was honest, and fully explained all our options and costs. The waiting room is pleasant, with great coffee and even snacks and wraps to munch on while we wait. The most recent visit last month involved an extensive warranty repair. Although if was a big job, the service department, knowing our tight schedule, preformed and excellent repair in just 2 days. We were even given a courtesy car during that time as it would have been impossible to get around without a car. We highly recommend this dealership and service department. They are the best! More

They were very fair and reasonable with major vehicle repairs on two older Chevy vehicles. Recently I purchased a 2017 Chevy Volt. One option I wanted (and both the dealer and I thought was on the car) was Adaptive Cruise Control. After delivery, it took me two days to discover the option was not on the car. The specification of the option was not clear on GM’s web site or the vehicle documentation. The dealer found me another Volt with the option and swapped it out for the first car. The misunderstanding was handled very well by the dealer. The true test of good service is the ability to make changes in the customer’s interest, even when difficult or inconvenient for the dealer. All other aspects of the sale and delivery were also handled extremely well More
