We exchanged some texts and a phone call and agreed on a price. Over the next week or so he and Blake made what was potentially a nerve wracking experience of figuring out financing, shipping, and details of purchasing a sports car sight unseen as easy as possible. The vehicle showed up to my doorstep last week in pristine condition just as Paul promised. He is a straight shooter, no BS type of guy and was great to deal with. I am a health care worker at 3 hospitals in the middle of a Pandemic with truck issues. I was hoping to rely on Paul masse for at least a seamless experience. I tried to set up loaner car several days ahead a Pandemic with truck issues. I was hoping to rely on Paul masse for at least a seamless experience. I tried to set up loaner car several days ahead of time when I made my appointment, they wouldn’t, When I arrive I see a sign at the front desk that says they have loaners as a courtesy option. I inquired about the sign and they said that gets done ahead of time. I now have to walk 1/3 mile down and across the road, go through extensive Covid precautions and am out of pocket money for a rental car. My truck ended up being done at the end of the day but now I have to arrange to go back tomorrow as well as drop off the rental. Please do not say you offer courtesy vehicles. This has cost me time, money, and aggravation. Trying to speak to the Chevy worker I am told “Enterprise is just across the street” it’s very close but no, it is not directly across the street. It is also more costly and causing additional unnecessary transactions in a pandemic. Please consider your customers who are still coming to you in this time and trying to stay afloat to support the community. We should be a team in this. Could've lived with the great options in the base model Blazer, but the Redline (mid-level) model had the next level of options at a price that I found acceptable. We were there to look at possibly starting a new lease but weren't sold on it (other dealerships have caught our eye and possibly thought about switching to another make and model). We currently had a 2016 Chevy Silverado which we had great experiences with and wanted to walk the lot. I quickly told Aaron I was interested in driving a Z71 black on black and he had it ready in no time for a test drive. We took a spin and Aaron told me more about the truck and asked me questions on what I was looking for. I told Aaron it was a company truck so we were all kind of making a decision together. When I got back my partners had found another truck in the lot which they quickly fell in love with (not going to lie I did myself). We went inside and within minutes decided on this truck. Since it was at the end of the night we had to come back the next day to finalize the paperwork. Aaron touched base all day with me letting me the truck was not only cleaned and detailed but the gas tank was full and was waiting for me to arrive. I can't say enough good thinks about not just Paul Masse but Aaron and his professionalism & his patience in every step of the car buying process.
