I went to the Paul Miller location because this location performed the oil change service for my vehicle since owning the car. My oil change was due and my car had the engine light illuminated. The oil ch performed the oil change service for my vehicle since owning the car. My oil change was due and my car had the engine light illuminated. The oil change was completed. After diagnosing the engine light I was given a price quote for the repair plus the diagnostic charge. After agreeing to the initial price quote for and leaving my car in their hands to be repaired the price went up and up from that point onward. My price for repair tripled. Suddenly when one part was changed another had to replaced to properly fit the initial part being repaired I’m told. They sent me a video saying they’ll need to also replace a previously repaired - OEM - part because it didn’t fit the part their mechanic is currently repairing. Once I was informed with this information I realized I left my car in the wrong hands. When the car was diagnosed I should’ve been given one complete price quote for all parts necessary for the repair. I feel the service mgr. intentionally misinformed me because I may have walked away before they started the repair. And here’s the kicker. When the repair was completed my engine light was still illuminated. I definitely feel this dealership took full advantage of a woman expecting transparency and honesty for her car needs. I believe Paul Millers car service techs are inexperienced or in on the price tripling. The service department didn’t meet full expectations therefore compromising customer retention. My BMW is nine years old. My car passed NJ State inspection since ownership. I maintain my car with that in mind. Thanks to Paul Miller it looks like that will not happen this time. I took the time to write this review in hopes it’ll help someone make a better choice than I did when it’s time to repair your BMW. More

He also promised me to fix up some minor issues that I found on the X5. The Finance manager, Ray was easy to work with and got me the loan and warranty plan that I needed. Everything have been great! In addition, the Product Specialist, Alan was very helpful in giving me a tutorial on my new car and answered my questions in email. He knew all the BMW technologies really well.
