Everyone on the service team is extremely polite, from the receptionist, advisors, all the way up to the service manager. I appreciate their customer service and customer oriented approach. Ryan was our first randomly assigned service advisor and he has always helped us out tremendously within the last year. We have always requested him when we come for service and he is our go to SA. In my experiences with BMW Service Departments I feel most comfortable with the Paul Miller dealership amongst the local competition. More

We were there with our 4 year old and he always asking us if we needed anything. Frank was also very helpful he took us to the car and showed us all the cool features the car had.
