Their employees Jimmy Estevez and Jim Caruso made us feel very unwelcomed, which I felt was due to m I am shocked they managed to get even two stars. Their employees Jimmy Estevez and Jim Caruso made us feel very unwelcomed, which I felt was due to my ethnicity. I could not believe it initially that such things happen in this day and age. However, when I used a common American name while chatting with them they were very accommodating. I wrote an email to their GM Mike Gruber, explaining the situation on April 2nd. Initially I was told Mike is out of office, therefore I waited for about two weeks and did not hear from him. So I guess the leadership does not care about customer care and approves such behavior. More
