Fast bay on the fly Stopped in to see if I could have a windshield wiper issue looked at and was pleasantly surprised that not only did they take the car in immediately F Stopped in to see if I could have a windshield wiper issue looked at and was pleasantly surprised that not only did they take the car in immediately Fabrizio fixed the wiper on the spot. Cody took the car to chk tire pressure and located a bubble on right front tire. Arrangements were made to replace tire and complete any needed service and car was ready in about an hour. Great people and great service. More

Our Sales Representative, Jimmy Jones, I visited Paul Miller for the encore service on my 2014 328i and I was very pleased with the service provided. Our Sales Representative, Jimmy Jones, was not available when I arrived for the service. However, Tom Bonarrigo was available to answer my questions and helped me understand some of the options in the car that I was looking to understand. Actually, I left wishing Paul Miller were closer to home so I could use them for my routine service. Great job, guys. More

I just wanted to point out how accessible Richard Rulli was in coordinating my My BMW x5 is finally fixed after about a year of going back and forth. I just wanted to point out how accessible Richard Rulli was in coordinating my service. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in getting the car serviced. Even though the radio issue was extremely frustrating, and dissecting what went wrong took a long long time (over a year), Richard made the experience bearable, at least in keeping me a BMW customer. Unfortunately right after the service, my left signal light is malfunctioning now. (Seems to be one issue after the other). More

Tire Protection Plan Service Several tires badly damaged by road hazard. I was able to get a prompt appointment and immediate service.
