Cody took the car to chk tire pressure and located a bubble on right front tire. Arrangements were made to replace tire and complete any needed service and car was ready in about an hour. However, Tom Bonarrigo was available to answer my questions and helped me understand some of the options in the car that I was looking to understand. Tire Protection Plan Service Several tires badly damaged by road hazard. I was able to get a prompt appointment and immediate service. I just wanted to point out how accessible Richard Rulli was in coordinating my service. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in getting the car serviced. Even though the radio issue was extremely frustrating, and dissecting what went wrong took a long long time (over a year), Richard made the experience bearable, at least in keeping me a BMW customer. Unfortunately right after the service, my left signal light is malfunctioning now. (Seems to be one issue after the other). More

I think that's extremely helpful when planning for upcoming services. On my more recent visit, Ken took time to help me review and understand the details of an extended warranty I purchased. I never felt rushed, I never felt like he was bothered to make additional phone calls. He gave me his professional recommendation which I Value. Overall, I highly recommend, Ken. I will go to him for all my service needs because he's creditable and I trust him. That's very hard to find in my opinion. More
