I can't tell you how the outcome exceeded my expectations. The interior was horrific...and embarrassing. In fact, I was worried you would call me to tell me it was impossible to clean...ha! I feel like a whole new me in a whole new car...thanks so so so much! BTW this review site is not user friendly...this could use improvement...just sayin More

Bob Christenson is a class act! Ken was very honest & straightforward regarding the service required for my BMW 740i. He described not only my current issue, but others that are coming down the road. When I arrived, I met with Michalina within 5 minutes. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. Since the car was going to be there for awhile, one of the employees (not sure of his name, maybe " She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable.
