My 328i xDrive needed to be serviced. I was sent an email and made an appt. which was at my convenience. I arrived on time and was helped by Rich Rulli who couldn't have been more thorough or nicer. He aske and made an appt. which was at my convenience. I arrived on time and was helped by Rich Rulli who couldn't have been more thorough or nicer. He asked me if I had any problems and at first I said no but then thought of my faulty seat belt. It was checked and replaced. My oil filter changed and oil also changed. I don.t remember what else was done but while they were working on my car I enjoyed coffee and half a bagel, thank you, and when the work was finished they washed my car and rich told me at that time it would be finished very soon.
