I brought my son's 328 Xi in for a low pressure check in the front right tire without an appointment. Rick immediately took care of me and had the tire replaced within an hour. My 328i xDrive needed to be serviced. I was sent an email and made an appt. which was at my convenience. I arrived on time and was helped by Rich Rulli who couldn't have been more thorough or nicer. He asked me if I had any problems and at first I said no but then thought of my faulty seat belt. It was checked and replaced. My oil filter changed and oil also changed. I don.t remember what else was done but while they were working on my car I enjoyed coffee and half a bagel, thank you, and when the work was finished they washed my car and rich told me at that time it would be finished very soon.
