My wife and I leased a 3 series in 2008 from this dealership. But since I live in Mahwah, I servided the car closer to home at Prestige. Loved the car and service. Recently, as our lease was coming up, we called Paul Miller to come in with our lease and get a new car. We never got a call back...so since we loved the service at prestige, we went there and were treated great. Why am I writing this review about Paul Miller?well, moments after my wife turns in our lease and is waiting to get into finace for her new lease at Prestige, she magically gets a call from Paul at Paul Miller. 3 years, never a call until he obviously is alerted that we turned our lease elsewhere. He procedes to tell my wife to walk out of Prestige and he will give her a better deal. What a slimebag!!! Never would I think a highline store would stoop so low. Don't go to these slimbags, go to their competitor in Ramsey where they are professional. I will tell everyone I know that PAUL at PM is complete slime used call salesman who probalbly wears an 80's sport jacket. More
I purchased a 2010 pre-owned X5. I visited 3 other dealers before finding Cathy at Paul Miller. She was a breath of fresh air! There was no pressure and she let me test drive the car as many times a dealers before finding Cathy at Paul Miller. She was a breath of fresh air! There was no pressure and she let me test drive the car as many times as I wanted. I inspected every inch of that car and she always returned my phone calls & emails promptly. Never did I feel that I was bothering her. I've had the car 2 months now and she still gets back to me (even after hours) to answer any questions I have. She even dropped the car off on a Sunday for me as I couldn't wait around on a Saturday to have it detailed. Also, since she lives near me she even offered to take my car in for its scheduled maintenance! There was only one mistake made in the process and it had nothing to do with Cathy. The man handling the financing paperwork messed up the APR% and financing term. Cathy showed me how she wrote it out in detail for him and sure enough her's was correct. She left no room for error so I'm not sure how he messed it up. Good thing I caught the error though! So far so good in my book! Cathy is wonderful. She is in internet sales. Look her up, you won't be disappointed! More
2008 BMW 328I RED 7000 MILES ONLY, I called about this BMW from NYC and they said they had it in stock, i been burned so many times when dealerships lie and tell you they have the vehicle but they dont, s BMW from NYC and they said they had it in stock, i been burned so many times when dealerships lie and tell you they have the vehicle but they dont, so reluctenlty i came here but to my surprise the car was sitting on the lot. They lowered the price from $26000 to $25000 few days ago, so i test drove it, loved it, Asked Jay about the price, he called his manager and came back to me with $24600, I said I will take it for $24000, as i though it was very reasonable. Didnt have to bargain too much, very smooth process. After i agreed on the price, i said ohh i should have asked for the matts and ipod adapter in the deal, then i said to jay while i was waiting on the BMW finance, hey can you throw in the matts, he said no problem, i will throw in rubber matt. I am still in the dealership, they are preparing my car. No pushy sales tactic, no xxxxxxxx atleast from Jay. He was courteous and straight up. Just so people dont think this review is BS, this is my vin # VIN: WBAVC53538F010254. Also you guys can email me with the questions at rezvii@gmail.com. But i would say that, do your research and visit other dealership, so this way when you come here you know what you want to pay and you will see the dealership experience difference, you will get the best price if you buy the day you show up. I am writing this review while i am waiting on my car getting detailed and prepared. There is two people that run the internet department, jay and a lady, both very nice and good people. I took the 6.95 financing with 100k free maintenance, i will pay it off after 6 months, you have finance with them to get the free maintenance. More

He didn't push me into saying yes the night I came into look and my wife and I went home and made th decision and called Matt back the next day. The nigh we came in to pick up the car it was a very pleasant experience one of the managers came over to us and thanked us for purchasing th car it made us feel very good and we would recommend anyone we know to Paul Millr BMW in te future. I purchased a BMW 3 series convertible last June and I have to say that I was quite impressed with my sales advisor Christian. There were no questions left unanswered, he knew everything about the vehicle and I'm glad to say that we negotiated a very fair deal. I also like the fact that Christian offered me different options based on my budget and talked to me about the benefits of all Paul Miller BMW has to offer (lease vs finance or certified vs new). Christian was EXTREMELY helpful, I would recommend anyone to him. More
Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 07 BMW from this dealer. These are some of the problems experienced: 1) On day of delivery, found that both bumpers had been damaged. (I do not live in NJ came to pickup vehicle without previously seeing the car; only on line). Dealer did agree to compensate for repainting but only through free lance painter found in my state. Mr. Sheffield, Sale person, was most sympathetic, agreed to pay himself. However, Mr. Chuldzinski, the sale manager was not, very rude in fact. 2) Found both right side wheels are dented upon first attempt for state inspection. These were dented on the inside rim; could not be immediately viewed at delivery. These wheels do not cause vibration at high speed; it is most noticeable at lower speeds suggesting the wheels are definitely out of round. Confirmed by later inspections 3) 2 tires were supposed to be new; later inspection showed these were obviously not new. 4) Upon getting the bumpers repainted, found that most of the right side of car had been repainted. No accidents reported on CarFax. After threatening to return the vehicle, owner of franchise viewed records and found vehicle had been painted when new, on his lot, before initial sale. 5) I've purchase 13 vehicles in my lifetime. 3 out of state from where is was living, nearly all new vehicles. The SUM TOTAL of all the problems with these 13 vehicles does not meet or exceed the problems I have had with this one car purchase. It is not over. I still have to resolve the bent wheel problem. Hopefully they can be fixed; won't have to be replace. I could have done better buying the BMW from a private owner. The only advantage now is the financing BMW of NA was offering. That advantage may dry up if I have to purchase new wheels and tires to equal the condition they should have been in. More

Purchased a 2000 BMW 323i from this dealership, read all descriptions and viewed all photos in ad stating car was in great running condition with all power options and had been inspected by their "Expert Se descriptions and viewed all photos in ad stating car was in great running condition with all power options and had been inspected by their "Expert Service Staff". Had car transported to NC and when received the car, it had been grossly misrepresented!! A/C doesn't work, wires showing through the tires, windshield cracked, dented hood, power windows on passenger side don't work, lower bumper looks like it has been run back and forth over a concrete parking barrier, numerous scratches down to the metal. Had car checked out by a "Real" BMW expert mechanic and there is over $3,000.00 in mechanical defects!! After putting new tires on the car, I had to put front brake pads and rotors and replace the driver side front swaybar link, which was broken off and hanging in the wheel well. Called repeatedly and Ryan the "manager", refused to do anything. More
