I had an issue with the passenger airbag on my 2011 Chevy Equinox, per a flashing light on my instrument panel. Looking for a second opinion, I visited Konner Chevrolet and spoke to Dean Konner, expaining the issue as communicated from the other dealership. Dean put mein touch with Santo Natoli, ther service manager. I pleasantly found out that there was in fact no $850.00 issue with the airbag, and the problem was fixed for NO CHARGE. Both Dean and Santo were very professional and courteous. Professionalism combined with total honesty is a scarce trait to find in todays world.
