Mariella was very helpful when I called to check on the car we were interested in. She made sure we had an appointment and reconfirmed with an email. Jose took care of the sale. I worked with Dennis Brugger. I would not hesitate to recommend him as he was friendly and honest. This is my first car purchased at a dealership and feel i got a good deal on my Odyssey (i am very pick recommend him as he was friendly and honest. This is my first car purchased at a dealership and feel i got a good deal on my Odyssey (i am very picky and mechanically knowledgeable). The reason i did not rate the dealership is because i don't feel i know enough about them. One annoyance was finding out at the end they charge $300 to process the paper work. This might be standard at dealerships but it would be nice to know ahead of time. Overall i would recommend giving them a shot and if Dennis is working he is the one you want to deal with. Went in with leak into fuse box. Got a call that they can’t find it. Luckily it was raining outside; otherwise personnel wouldn’t know how to use a hose or carwash. First price to determine what was wrong quickly changed to triple just to find what is wrong which tripled again once they found the issue. Service personnel – Scott - told me that the insulation was missing which was negligence on somebody who repaired my car after front collision. Oddly cause I never had a front of my car repaired. So I contacted the Honda corp. that performed an investigation and final cause that they quickly determined was a structural damage. I requested repair on Thursday around 6pm and called on Friday to request replaced parts to be put in the trunk. Since Scott was not there on Friday, I talked to Heather. I knew the repair will take place on Saturday due to parts delivery. Once the repair was done, the parts were not put in the trunk and she denied that she ever talked to me. It seems that a person needs to record all conversations with them or they will deny it. Very displeased. After driving my car, I noticed the wiring is not completely setup correctly, my turn signal when locking car doesn’t blink, car locks itself and I had a new windshield wipers that magically aged while in dealership. Not sure what else will turn out to be wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership and will stay away from it, as well as never buying Honda vehicle ever again. More
Looking to play games, then Paul Miller Honda is the dealer for you. I won't name the salesperson I dealt with since I threw out his card, but what a joke this place is. I felt like I was in a high pressure highway store. I was looking to buy a car for my daughter who gets her license soon. Wanted to take a test drive and the salesman actually told me to come back during the week when they were less busy. If I could come during the week, I would, I came during the weekend because that is when I have some free time. I should have taken that as a sign and left. Tried talking to the salesman assigned to me, but he certainly could have cared less about selling me a car. After finally test driving the car, I tried to get a price, which he didn't want to give to me. When I go to a dealer I want to test drive the car and see if I like it and if so, get a price so I can make a decision. I don't want to play games, waste my time, or be jerked around, obviously Paul Miller Honda doesn't feel the same way. During our talks another customer that has dealt with this salesman came in at which point I was ignored. Of course, no trip to a highway store would be complete without a manager trying to complete the deal. He tried to talk me into "buying the car today". I really hope all Honda dealers aren't like this. I currently drive a Mercedes and the wife drives an Audi, those dealers would never treat me like this. All I can say is avoid this place at all costs. More

Jose Velasquez is a friendly person and took time to show me the different prices of the cars I am interested with and also explained the features for comparison purposes. I purchased what I thought was a "Certified" 2010 Honda Pilot only to find out that when I went for my first oil change I had to spend $300 of my money for filters and fluids that should have be 2010 Honda Pilot only to find out that when I went for my first oil change I had to spend $300 of my money for filters and fluids that should have been replaced before I purchased the car. Took my complaint to American Honda and they informed me the dealer said they did nothing wrong. So basically I am being called a liar when I witnessed the parts and fluids that needed to be replaced. The dealer wants to offer me a $150 credit to their service department at their dealership. Are you kidding me! Why would I ever trust my car to them when they could not do the job right the first time. I informed them to take their offer and...... The manager posted an apology on Edmunds and said he wold contact me to discuss, that was on 2/21/14, have not heard from him yet. Already contacted the BBB and exploring other avenues to expose their pathetic practice. More
